What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I don’t train but I walk every day to help my pain and keep my muscles flexible I flex my feet hands my back it hurts I broke my vertebrae but I still move around as much as possible
What would you do with $20,000?Buy me a car I don’t have one to help me me get around to some doctors appointments shopping visiting family going to church Bible Study I try not too stop I get stiff because I have arthritis in all my joints
