Full-body training, intense sessions, and yoga are my go-to because they make me feel strong, energized, and flexible at the same time. It’s the kind of movement that challenges me, keeps my body moving well, and helps me feel good overall.
What would you do with $20,000?I would love to invite my mother, who is 83, and my sisters on an unforgettable journey through India and Nepal, a trip filled with beauty, culture, spirituality, and shared moments we’d carry with us forever. Traveling together through such meaningful places would be a gift, not just an adventure, but a way to create memories, deepen our bond, and experience life side by side.
