My passion for health and fitness is deeply personal. It was not born from chasing aesthetics or performance alone, but from navigating a complicated relationship with my own body in a world that places relentless expectations on women’s physiques. Health and fitness became, for me, both a battleground and a pathway to healing.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Staying fit has never been about forcing myself into a routine I don’t enjoy; it has always been about movement that feels purposeful, challenging, and alive. My favourite ways to stay fit; running, ball hockey hockey, and working out, each offer something distinct, yet together they create a balanced approach to both physical and mental well-being. They allow me to train my body in different ways while keeping my motivation rooted in enjoyment rather than obligation.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I were given $20,000, I would invest it into growing my health and fitness business, with a specific focus on serving older adults and helping them regain strength, confidence, and a sense of youthfulness in their daily lives. This population is at the heart of my passion, and additional resources would allow me to deepen my impact while building a sustainable, values-driven business.
