Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

After having my daughter, I lost myself. I felt unworthy, uncomfortable, and disconnected at my heaviest (210 lbs) and far from who I once was. Fitness became the tool God used to heal me, rebuild my confidence, and restore my identity. As I shared my journey, women reached out for help, and witnessing their healing ignited my calling. I’m fueled by helping women reclaim their health, faith, confidence, and God-given worth—body, mind, and spirit.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love being challenged to the extreme—I’m an intense trainer, so that’s how I train. My favorite way to stay fit is combining high-energy HIIT with heavy weightlifting—it’s the perfect mix. I also believe clean eating is key. When I train hard, fuel my body right, and stay consistent, I feel strong, confident, and looking GOOD while doing it.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would reinvest the $20,000 into my business to expand the work God has called me to do. After recently moving to Houston, TX, my vision is to open a women-only fitness space where women feel safe, seen, and supported. A place where faith and fitness meet helping women heal, build confidence, and grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
