My passion for health and fitness comes from my children. I have 2 boys and I strive to be a strong fit mother to keep up with them. I found a love for bodybuilding and seeing how proud they were to watch me train and compete really pushed me to do my best.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I really enjoy strength training and running. I love to push myself to lift heavy and seeing my progress not just physically but also in my strength increasing.
What would you do with $20,000?If I was to win $20,000 I would invest in my children's future and I would go on a nice trip somewhere new with my family.
