I also love staying active through gardening and daily movement. I believe fitness should fit into your life, not take it over—it should feel sustainable, empowering, and something you actually enjoy.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest it into my health, education, and community. I’d continue my fitness and wellness training, support local programs that encourage movement and self-care, and build tools to help others create healthier, more balanced lifestyles, especially women who are just starting their journey.
