Setting an example for my daughters, moms, all girls and women. As women, we face many obstacles throughout life that beat us down and make us feel like we’re not good enough, not strong enough, not worth it or not pretty enough. I want to remind all girls, women, young and old that we are warriors, we are strong, and we can overcome anything. Never give up. Always get back up. Fall down, get back up again and again. Never quit. Find yourself and find your power. Choose yourself every day.

I love running, whether it been hot summer day runs, trail ultra marathons, obstacle courses with friends and family, locking in at the gym with loud music and heavy weights, and slowing down finding balance and peace with yoga and meditation.

My sister and I want to open a fitness studio geared towards yoga, group fitness, family fitness and seniors fitness. Moms need to stay grounded and have time and space for themselves to unwind and find their power and peace. Kids need to creat healthy habits at a young age and find healthy ways to channel emotions, and seniors search for community and ways to stay connected and active. We want to provide a beautiful space for all to reach their goals. 20k would really help kickstart that goal!!
