Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

My passion for health and fitness was born during the hardest chapter of my life. After ending an 7-year relationship and moving to another state, I was emotionally broken. Fitness became my therapy, my strength, and my way back to myself. Training taught me discipline, self-love, and resilience. Now, my mission is to help others rebuild their confidence, heal mentally, and feel strong again inside and out.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite way to train is strength training combined with functional movement and consistency, pilates reformer, Lifting weights not only transformed my body, but also my mindset. I believe training should build strength, confidence, and balance—not punishment. I focus on sustainable routines that support hormones, mental health, and long-term results, especially for women struggling with stubborn fat and hormonal challenges.

What would you do with $20,000?

I want to build my online business to help more people transform their health, confidence, I would invest this opportunity into expanding my mission of helping women heal their bodies and confidence through fitness and nutrition. As an immigrant who had to start over, learn a new language, and rebuild life from scratch, this support would allow me to reach more women struggling with hormones and abdominal fat. Fitness saved me and now I want to save others by showing them what’s possible.
