Receive Text UpdatesThe realization that I am enough. I do what I do for me and not others. I lost my 23 year old son 14 years ago. Instead of curling up, I chose to live and become stronger, healthier and happier. Boot Camp has become a passion. At age 66 I can bench press 100lbs Dead lift 160lbs. I’m fitter and stronger at 66 than I was in my 30’s. My son’ death brought me to my knees, working out and inner strength has directed me to rediscover myself and live again.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Fit Body Boot camp 2 sessions a day, five days a week for the past 4 years. LOVE IT!! Love hiking, and fitness events such as spartan race and any outdoor activities.
What would you do with $20,000?Short vacation to Rejuvinate. Invest in educating others on how to manage their health, stay fit and remain strong emotionally and physically. Age is not an excuse. Commitment and dedication goes a long way.
