My passion comes from the journey, not perfection. Through my fit model career, fitness taught me discipline, self-trust, and resilience. It became my anchor on the days without wins or trophies, reminding me that growth comes from consistency and choosing yourself anyway. Wellness for me is about evolving, learning, and showing up with intention. I’m fueled by helping women see that real strength is built in the process, not just the podium.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I train with purpose, lifting to build strength, running to challenge endurance, and flowing through Pilates to stay agile and balanced. Every session is intentional, supporting not just my fit model career but my long-term health. Fitness for me isn’t about extremes; it’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in every season of life.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would invest it into expanding my wellness platform and fit model career to create education, programs, and community that remind women wellness isn’t about perfection or constant wins. It’s about evolving, choosing yourself daily, and building habits that last. My goal is to turn my journey, including both victories and setbacks, into impact, empowerment, and representation in the health and fitness space.
