To me, Health is the most important aspect in life since it affects everything. Without health, there hardly any money, fun and happiness. I choose to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly, but not to push myself too hard to lose weight or being perfect in the way the media promotes. I want to be healthy, and truly feel healthy inside out. I also want to be a good role model for my kids to live a life with exercise routine since this helps gain confidence to become anyone they wish to be.

Jogging in the park and doing weights at home have been my favorite ways to train because they are easy to do whenever I have time. Exercise needs to be regular for it to work. I also cook for my family almost everyday to promote healthy diet.

There are so many things that I want to do at this stage of life. Turning 41, I feel like being 21 all over. I’ve been dreaming of finishing the BA degree, this award will help me fund that. I already applied and was going back to college this Spring’s semester. Some new additions to my home gym would be on the list. Also, I always wish that I have more money to give away for people who are in need after disasters so this fund will also help me fulfill that crave deep down inside.
