What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

The love of the sport powerlifting and the work I put into this sport is so special to me! It’s also fun and I love the challenge for myself! Every training session is different but I feel stronger and disciplined and ready to crush it every time I train..Powerlifting is everything to me and it keeps me going every day!

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Well I have a coach that helps me with my training! And it really helps me out a lot! He puts the movements I like for each powerlifting movement and I always feel good after an every session!!

What would you do with $20,000?

Well I would help my dad with the house it needs a lot of work inside the house and outside the house! I would give some money to important charities! The rest I would treat myself to a vacation I haven’t had one for a couple years!
