For years, I existed in the shadows of constant criticism, my worth measured by someone else’s standards. But as I look at my two children, I realize that 'existing' isn't enough, I want them to see me win. Fitness saved me when I felt inferior; now, it’s my fuel for a life of balance, physically, mentally & spiritually. Many live to workout; I workout to live. When I step into the gym, it’s not just about endorphins, it’s about reclaiming my power so I can coach a stronger next generation.

I thrive on challenges, evolving my training both in and out of competition season. Every rep and set has a purpose as I move forward. While I love the power and intensity of the gym, I am equally fueled by being active outdoors. I LOVE hiking with my kids and our German Shepherd puppy Rome 🐶 I also prioritize listening to my body, adjusting for rest and recovery while valuing the wisdom of the people I train alongside.

A significant portion will go to my church to honor my faith. While rebuilding for my family, this prize would provide a secure foundation for my children’s future. These funds will ensure stability and peace of mind during this important chapter. It’s about more than the money; it’s about the strength needed to keep us thriving. I am dedicated to building a secure, healthy environment where my children can move forward with confidence, resilience, and joy.
