Growing up, my father was unable to work due to a spine injury. I learned early that all of life's goals begin with good health. Fitness has become a new focus for me as I understand the Body and how muscle structure is key to mobility as we age. It feels incredible to be able to control a large part of how good we feel each day by understanding our body's needs! Sharing what I have learned with others is my true passion, and I invite you all to join me on my Health and Fitness journey!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love Yoga, and weight lifting is a great pair. My need to understand things leads me to overthink and be too focused on my mental abilities. Yoga has brought inner clarity and connection between the body and mind. The importance of weightlifting and knowing when cardio is most enjoyable adds the fire, the energy and determination that brings my world to life! Biking, hiking, swimming laps, dance, ice skating and kayaking are joys I am extremely grateful to experience!
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would love to invest in starting a business. I would love to share the deeper view of body and mind connections that lead to a happy, healthy, and a warm life for everyone!
