It molded me into the nurse, wellness coach, fitness instructor, coach and professional I am today. I am happiest outside exploring, getting dirty and pushing my physical limits .
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a variety of activities. I love trying new adventures. The combination of risk, challenge and pushing your limits past what you feel is possible is the best feeling in the world. These experiences have given me strength in all areas of my life to trust the process and enjoy the journey.
What would you do with $20,000?My entire career life has been in the Health and Wellness industry in some fashion from teaching classes at my local gym, obtaining my nursing license, being an athlete, coach, and supporting medical devices that help people with chronic issues. If I win, the proceeds would go toward Hoops International to support their Youth Summer Basketball camp with Type 1 diabetes called Camp BRU. www.campbru.com
