My drive for self improvement comes from wanting to be the best version of myself. Strength training showed me I am capable and can take charge of my own life. This passion came from a time where I had no self confidence. Strength training showed me I am worth the effort in showing up every day and small improvement really do add up over time. I want to show others they are worth it too.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Powerlifting is where my passion truly lies. The continued persistence and fight for even a 2.5kg PR is a long term battle for athletes who can mentally handle delayed gratification. ( you may not hit a PR for months!) the community is also like no other sport. Your competition cheers for you as we are all showing up to do our best.
What would you do with $20,000?This money would allow me to grow my online coaching business so I can help more athletes reach there goals. It would also allowed me to expand into clothing or supplements. This way I can continue to grow my small business while promoting accurate information and building a resource to help athletes, coaches and regular people. This would also allow me to continue to progress my education in the field of strength and conditioning.
