My passion comes from watching women rediscover their strength, confidence, and belief in themselves. I’ve seen how consistent training and proper nutrition transform not just bodies, but lives. Fitness is my way of helping women honor their bodies, build discipline, and realize they are capable of far more than they ever imagined at any age. Strength has no expiration date, and I’m driven to prove that every day.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Strength training is how I stay fit. I love how it shapes and contours my body while reflecting the discipline and effort I put in day after day. It challenges me, keeps me grounded, and makes me feel strong, confident, and capable. Every rep represents earned progress, not shortcuts. Strength training isn’t just how I train, it’s how I maintain my health, my mindset, and my standard.

What would you do with $20,000?

I would use part of the $20,000 to truly enjoy life with a much-needed mental reset through travel and rest. The majority would be saved and invested to protect my future. Just as I train my body for strength and longevity, I believe in preparing financially so I can always take care of myself, no matter what life or the economy brings. Stability, independence, and peace of mind matter to me.
