Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness is fueled by both lived experience and purpose. After being diagnosed with lupus at 12, I learned early that healing requires intention, movement, and nourishment. Through education, holistic practices, and years of service, I help others reclaim their health, mobility, and confidence, especially as they age, because feeling strong and well changes lives.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is a mix of weight training, Pilates, and hiking. Strength training keeps me strong and resilient, Pilates helps with balance, mobility, and core control, and hiking keeps me connected to nature while building endurance. Together, they support longevity, functional movement, and overall well-being.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would invest in expanding my wellness business by enhancing programs for nutrition, fitness, and holistic health. This would include marketing, equipment, digital resources, and certifications to reach more seniors and underserved communities. My goal would be sustainable growth, greater impact, and creating accessible pathways to long-term health and prevention.
