Once I was able to understand how to take control of my life through health and fitness, everything changed, and I realized how many other women struggle with the same issues, and I want to be able to help them make the same change for themselves.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a variety! I love to lift and run, and I love slowing it down with walking and mat pilates!
What would you do with $20,000?I would put half into getting my own building to build my business and help even more women, and I would put half towards a down payment on a home :-)
