Working in a longevity and regenerative medicine clinic, I witness daily how movement, strength, and consistency can transform not only my own life, but the lives of my clients. Putting my best foot forward isn’t just personal. It’s a responsibility to inspire others to invest in their long-term vitality.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is through dynamic, well-rounded movement. I love combining strength training with plyometrics and cardiovascular endurance so my body stays powerful, agile, and capable, not just strong. Training this way keeps me adaptable, athletic, and ready for anything, which I believe is essential for longevity and real-life fitness.
What would you do with $20,000?If I win the $20,000, I would invest it into advancing my fitness journey and competing in a bikini competition—challenging myself physically and mentally at the highest level. I would also use the opportunity to further my education and training so I can continue leading by example in longevity-focused health and fitness. This investment would allow me to inspire others to pursue strength, confidence, and vitality at any age.
