What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I like to have variety in my fitness regimen. Each week I incorporate CrossFit, Hyrox, and personal training sessions. This variety builds my endurance and strength while also keeping me connected to the fitness community. Tracking and weighing my food to ensure I hit my macros is so essential to staying fit.
What would you do with $20,000?Treat myself to a nice steakhouse dinner. I would take some time off work to decompress for a much needed vacation. I would invest the rest to see it grow.
