The energy that you find once that first workout turns into your routine. When your gym becomes your home, and your workout partners become your best friends, who then encourage you to reach every goal in your journey. When that first healthy meal becomes the meal you crave, and you watch your body transform into the body you once only envisioned.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I've been fortunate enough to find a phenomenal coach (who is one of our trainers) and we have a group called, Level Up You, where we have group workouts, HIIT training and enjoy lifting weights. Cardio is a big part of my routine as well, and you can often find me jamming out on the elliptical or incline walking on the treadmill.
What would you do with $20,000?My goal is to invest in my confidence, health, and experiences. For Christmas my husband bought me my first pair if LuLuLemon pants, I would love to go on a shopping spree for a new wardrobe to outfit my recent 40lb weight-loss. This year I'm turning 40 and we are going on vacation to Cabo so that would be a great gift! Lastly, we recently remodeled our gym, and I would love to do a few more things to finalize the renovations.
