I grew up a chubby kid, and I thought it was just my genetic destiny. As a young adult, I used to live an unhealthy lifestyle, full of binge drinking, binge eating and looking for acceptance externally. Subconsciously I knew this wasn’t the way I would learn to love myself. One day something changed and I tried the gym, with trial and error I started to see progress and quickly fell in love with doing hard things. I knew this would be my career and now I help people transform on a daily basis.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I dabbled in Pilates, Muay Thai, Running, Hyrox, but one thing shined brighter than the rest. Resistance Training. I love bodybuilding and constantly pushing myself to new limits.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use the $20,000 towards opening my dream fitness facility, consisting of a bodybuilding style gym, with a recovery facility (contrast therapy, bodywork, meditation + breathwork.) In a luxe facility with elite coaching.
