What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love a mix of strength training and functional workouts. Lifting empowers me and builds confidence, while functional training keeps fitness practical and sustainable. I also enjoy switching things up with cardio or mobility work to stay balanced, challenged, and motivated.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest in advanced fitness education, certifications, and equipment to expand my impact. I’d also use part of it to create accessible programs or workshops that support women in building confidence, strength, and long-term healthy habits.
