My passion for health & fitness is fueled by the belief that we ALL can be rebuilt mentally, physically, & emotionally! I live that belief every day, inside and outside of the gym! What I love most is that this journey isn’t singular to me, it’s for everyone! There is raw power in that truth. Health & fitness strengthen more than muscle & bone…they strengthen confidence, resilience, & the belief we carry within ourselves.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love lifting heavy as a bodybuilder, but you’ll also catch me in HIIT, high fitness, or even getting my butt kicked in an CrossFit workout - anything that challenges me! My favorite workouts push me mentally & physically, build grit, & make me feel unstoppable inside & out. Movement is my medicine, & I thrive on the sweat, strength, & confidence every session gives me.
What would you do with $20,000?Winning $20k would be an incredible way to kick off completing my personal training certification! I’d invest in even more education, film high quality workout content to create accessible resources, & specialize in training women through infertility, pregnancy, & postpartum. Part of the prize would also go toward covering the final infertility related expenses my family faced on our own journey.
