Recognizing our ever changing availability ~ energy level, and moving at a safe and regular pace becomes key as we maintain our strength and healthy outlook day2day.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have honored and transitioned into a balanced routine of Pilates, Barre, Yoga and careful cardio movements. Small daily habits, honoring our energy level and owning what we are committed to, with a degree of flexibility (as life dictates), is how I maintain strength, emotional balance and a huge degree of clarity.
What would you do with $20,000?Invest every penny in being there with and for the community of breast cancer survivors. Lessening Burdens ~ Granting Wishes ~ Being the Example and Inspiring deserving survivors to be their own hero.
