I was raised on sports fitness and health by my dad. It has always been a priority for me. Feeling good in my own skin and life is one of the most rewarding feelings. Being able to enjoy an active life with my family and friends makes life so joyful and fulfilling! Inspiring and empowering others around me to love it and live it as well is one of my love languages 🤗 that is the reason I got into group fitness classes and started coaching spin classes. Making people WANT to come to class 👏

I love cycling! But… I think any type of functional training like calisthenics is important. It keeps you able to do the everyday things in life like picking up and playing with your kids and yard work and hauling around groceries and laundry with ease! Also I find that strength training now that I’m older keeps my metabolism up my bones stronger and my balance in tact! The older I get the more I love strength training slow and controlled but super effective in all ways!!

Honestly I would use a huge chunk if that to set up a home gym I already have a foundation to start from and I would love to maybe take your subscribers on that adventure with me if you are down! Possibly be an inspiration for anyone out there who is thinking about doing the same! The rest pay down some bills and maybe even take a trip to see some family out of state!
