What fuels my passion for health and fitness is my respect for my body and appreciation for all that it has done for me. It has grown, birthed and fed 4 children (2 of which without any medication) and after a weight gain of 60lbs for each pregnancy my body was still able to come back and go through my first bodybuilding prep and then win all my classes! Our bodies are the only thing we have our entire lives, and they deserve to be loved and appreciated for all they do.

My favorite way to train is to lift heavy in my gym, with all 4 of my kids beside me. They have all been raised in that gym and it is like a second home to them. Whether I am hitting legs, shoulders, or back, doing cardio or picking up a crossfit class my babies are always right there; watching and seeing how many different ways you can be strong.

Oh boy. With $20,000, my first instinct would probably be to finish our basement and add a bedroom or two. Our children are getting to the age where it's not as fun to share rooms any more. But if I didn't do that.. I've had my eye on a leg press to add to our home gym setup, and maybe pay off some student loan debt.
