I do not want to get older and regret not using my body to its fullest potential. I want to be strong and capable, always. I also want my son to see that health and fitness are CRUCIAL to your wellbeing, both physically and mentally. It can change your life for the better if you allow it to. Quality of life improves when you have a healthy body.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train or stay fit is through strength training. I love lifting weights and especially the soreness I get afterwards. However, if I’m unable to strength train, I will do yoga or just stretch or something to be able to move my body.
What would you do with $20,000?I would put most of the $20,000 into savings after paying off any debts I have. I would put maybe a quarter or half of it into my son’s 529 College Savings Account. This money would go towards generational wealth.
