2025 forced me to choose myself. While going through a difficult family problems, owning my own business, and keeping up a household, I was constantly moving but mentally exhausted. Anxiety was high, and I knew my children needed a strong, healthy example. Fitness became my anchor—keeping my mind focused, my faith strong, and helping me rebuild confidence, clarity, and purpose.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

Strength training is my foundation while seeing results is a positive addiction!! Combined with walking and sprint running which keeps it fun with my favorite playlist! fitness keeps me grounded, clears my mind, gives me the break I need with no distractions and helps me manage stress while staying mentally and physically strong.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won the $20,000, I would invest it into my health, my future, and giving back. Mental health and Alzheimer’s have deeply impacted my family, and that has shaped how I see wellness—it’s not just physical, it’s emotional and cognitive too. I would continue my fitness and mental-health journey, support organizations focused on brain health and awareness, and help others see that it’s never too late to start taking care of yourself—mind, body, and heart.
