Receive Text UpdatesAt the core of my passion is the belief that exercise is more than physical activity—it’s a form of medicine & empowerment. Working in a gym between the ages of 19-24, I’ve watched people grow stronger not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. I enjoy sharing how important health and fitness truly is on my media, and allowing students to shadow under me. Now working in a physical therapy office, I continue to see daily reminders of how powerful proper care and movement can be.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to stay fit is lifting at the gym and incorporating stretching and yoga-based movements. I enjoy many forms of exercise like pilates, zumba, cycling, running, soccer, and track but I feel my best when I combine gym training with deep stretching.
What would you do with $20,000?I would invest the $20,000 in DPT school to continue my passion for helping others and spreading the belief that exercise is medicine, empowering people with the knowledge to move better and live healthier lives.
