Receive Text UpdatesMy passion comes from rebuilding myself after losing 130 lbs, having four children, and navigating postpartum recovery. Health and fitness gave me my body back, but more importantly, my confidence, mental resilience, and identity as a woman and mother. I’m driven to show women that strength is something you reclaim — not something you lose.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I love structured strength training paired with functional movement. Lifting heavy has taught me discipline and confidence, while staying active through sports, walking, and mobility keeps my body capable for motherhood and life. Training isn’t just about aesthetics for me — it’s about longevity, performance, and showing up strong in every role I carry.
What would you do with $20,000?I would donate the $20,000 to an organization dedicated to postpartum recovery and adolescent health education. Supporting women through recovery while teaching young people the importance of strength, movement, and body respect helps break cycles and builds lifelong wellness.
