Receive Text UpdatesMy passion for health and fitness is fueled by how it boosts my confidence, makes me feel good, and improves my overall happiness. It’s a positive way to spend 1–2 hours a day instead of feeling drained or inactive. Working out helps flush out toxins, keeps me feeling youthful, healthy, and gives me the chance to meet new people.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is a mix of lifting heavy, hybrid, running, and CrossFit style MetCon workouts. I believe the best way to stay fit is consistency, following an 8–12 week program and then switching it up. Committing to a structured plan delivers the best results and helps build lifelong healthy habits
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I would donate partially to support fitness programs at 2 deaf high schools that are struggling. I’m grateful I learned to lift at 16 at Model Secondary School in Washington, DC, which had a solid gym. That experience shaped who I am today, and I want to uplift gyms at deaf schools so students have the same opportunity.
