My passion comes from a deep desire to grow and better myself each day, not just for my own healing, but so I can show up more fully for others. As a single mom and a mental health therapist, caring for those around me has always come naturally, often putting their needs before my own. Through experience, I’ve learned that true strength comes from honoring myself as well. I love using machines for most of my workouts, with the Smith machine being a particular favorite because it allows me to train with confidence and control. While I do incorporate free weights, I approach them mindfully and with intention due to a spinal deformity, but that limitation has never stopped me. Nearly every day, I take nature walks that serve not only as cardio, but as a source of grounding, clarity, and mental peace.

As a solo parent, the stress to be the provider and the homemaker is a big one. I recently finished my Masters degree in hopes of securing a better future for my children. The money would go to paying off some of my school loans. Also, some very needed car maintenance so I can ensure we are safe and sound as we go through our daily grind.
