What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I’m an all around athlete so I love to get on the track, strength and conditioning, speed and agility and the occasional swimming laps to help with recovery.
What would you do with $20,000?With the $20,000.00 I will continue to invest in Youth girls sports by launching our flag football clinics throughout Tennessee, creating a safe space for Atheltic girls to thrive through our community programs which will include Atheltic nutrition, recovery services, elite coaching and specified training programs for their sports. This will not only solidify a dream but also give so many young girls the opportunity to compete and be successful in their athletic careers. Thank you.
