Receive Text UpdatesI’ve been active my whole life, but in college my mental health declined. Weightlifting and CrossFit helped me rediscover my spark through movement and community. Now, after 7 years as a personal trainer, giving back to all ages and building my own fitness community is incredibly rewarding and continues to fuel my passion for fitness.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is mixing strength training with functional, high-intensity workouts. I love pushing myself physically while also using movement as a way to clear my mind, manage stress, and stay connected to my community.
What would you do with $20,000?My goal is to reach more people, make fitness inclusive and fun, and help others build healthier, more confident lives. I would invest the $20,000 into growing my fitness business by opening my own gym—using the funding to create a welcoming, inclusive space and expand my community.
