My passion is really fueled by my knowing that I can always be better, whether that be in any aspect of my life. In terms of specifically health and fitness, it’s knowing being fit and healthy will make my life feel more fulfilled and knowing that I’m doing something meaningful with my time here is important to me.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I’m a huge cardio person, I love running and also racewalking (great way to build leg and back muscles). I love going to the gym though and getting in a good back day, lat pulldowns are by far my favorite part of my workouts.
What would you do with $20,000?There’s a few organizations around me that I’d support with some of the money, specifically local ones like the animal shelters, I’ve always had a soft spot for animals. Besides that I would most likely use it to kickstart me getting a car and the rest go towards getting a starter house.
