Receive Text UpdatesSelf-love and self-discovery fuels me. I had a really hard life growing up and have since found that it helps my mental health when I harness my grief, trauma and fear into something active or creative. Thus, I tend toward a lot of daily discipline and ritual to maintain optimal health in all areas: body, mind and soul. I also dance, play music, paint with oils and create online content to keep my mind sharp and release stress through creative expression.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I do yoga every day and I love to walk, especially in beautiful places. I used to run and go to the gym, but have since found myself overwhelmed by gym crowds & with a desire for a more slow, mindful practice, so running just doesn't fit me anymore. I'm a late bloomer, but in a way I'm grateful to look and feel my best at nearly 42 years old. I feel like I'm reverse aging. Self-love, discipline and determination was the recipe! ❤️🔥
What would you do with $20,000?I'm passionate about creating free, virtual resources for those healing trauma, as well as those hoping to find maximum mental, emotional, physical & Spiritual health. As someone who has struggled with mental health through the darker times in my life - anxiety, depression and even suicidal thoughts - I know firsthand how important these tools can be. They help bring your nervous system back into balance & bring a sense of peace. Learn more about these projects: https://gofund.me/4b2cff1c3
