Receive Text Updates15 years ago, an osteoporosis diagnosis, changed everything. Fitness became my lifeline and soon after my passion - I turned to strength training and changed my diet. I reversed it and built my body from the inside out. That transformation ignited my purpose. Helping women see the value of their health, helping them build strength, and seeing the confidence it builds is what fuels it. STRONG WOMEN CHANGE EVERYTHING!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation - I lift 5-6 days a week. The gym is my sanctuary- where I show up fully, build strength, and sharpen my mind. Every rep is a promise to myself to grow stronger. I balance that fire through movement and nature, hiking mountain trails with my dog. Movement is my medicine and consistency is my Power.
What would you do with $20,000?I want to create a health and fitness retreat for women - $20,000 could help make that dream a real reality. A place to heal, grow and reconnect with their strength. Through movement, nutrition, and mindset I’d give women the tools to build confidence, longevity, and self belief. This retreat would be more than fitness - it would be about transformation, community, and helping women step fully into their power.
