Being a positive influence on those around me including my sister Cindy, who just lost her battle with breast cancer. She has always encouraged me to continue to be the best version of myself I can be. During her battle I would post videos of my training to encourage her to keep fighting. Now, I want to honor her legacy of being a blessing to others.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I recently found a love for slow pitch softball. The batting cages are quite a workout and I absolutely love lifting at the gym too.
