Serving my community fuels my passion for health and fitness! Knowing I play a small part in someone feeling like their strongest self is beyond rewarding for me. Owning my own fitness studio and providing a safe space for folks is a dream come true and helps keep me at my fittest too! Not the mention the mental health benefits. Fitness is my whole life and truly a non-negotiable for me. I love feeling strong and helping others feel the same!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Barre! I might be biased :) but barre is the best workout out there. It’s fun, safe, low-impact, and super challenging. We have 4 different class types and change up the routines so you never plateau. I take 5-6 classes/a week and it’s truly the most fun way to stay fit! I’m obsessed and will do barre forever! I’m 39, have been doing barre consistently for over a decade, and am in the best shape of my life!
What would you do with $20,000?$20,000 would be a total game changer for me and my fitness studio! I’d pour it into my business, helping to support my team and members even more, and continuing to evolve in the fitness space! Updated equipment and retail to drive sales this year. It’s super challenging to own a small business right now and any and all support helps tremendously! It’d be such a gift!
