What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I stay fit by keeping training fun and varied. I love sand volleyball and climbing, and I’m currently training for a sprint triathlon in June. Having grown up in sports and competed as a Division I pole vaulter, I’ve always found strength, balance, and joy through movement.
What would you do with $20,000?I would use most of the $20,000 to invest in my future with intention and responsibility. I’d also set aside a small portion for personal growth by taking Hazel Findley’s fear-of-falling course, strengthening my mindset so I can approach challenges—and adventures—with greater confidence and courage.
