My favorite way to train is structured strength training with purpose—pushing heavy, training smart, and focusing on longevity. I love challenging lower-body sessions and sculpting strength through consistent, intentional workouts, balanced with mobility work and active recovery. It keeps me strong, confident, and energized, and it reminds me that fitness isn’t just about intensity—it’s about sustainability and showing up for yourself every day.

I would use the $20,000 to expand my impact in health and fitness—investing in education, community programs, and resources that make strength training and wellness more accessible, especially for women who feel it’s “too late” to start. I’d support initiatives that promote longevity, confidence, and healthy living, while continuing to grow my platform to inspire others to take control of their health inside and out.
