Receive Text UpdatesMy passion comes from living the in chaos of diabetes firsthand — the fear, the bad data, the burnout, and the constant decision-making. I became obsessed with understanding how this actually works in real life, not just on paper. Everything I share is built from years of trial, error, and pattern-finding so others don’t have to suffer their way to confidence the way I did.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?My favorite way to train is cycling between strength, hypertrophy, and deload weeks so progress stays sustainable and recovery is built in. I track weight, reps, and performance, using the app I built that auto-adjusts loads based on how each set feels so training evolves with my body instead of burning it out.
What would you do with $20,000?I’d use $20k to remove barriers, to turn what I built to survive diabetes into something that helps others breathe easier. I’d improve the app, deepen the guidance, and make the path clearer so people feel less afraid, more capable, and finally free from constant reaction. The outcome isn’t better numbers, it’s people getting their lives back.
