I strive to be an example for those around me as I step into the next phase of my life with strength, health, and intention. Through nutrition and movement, fitness transformed my perspective and quality of life. I share my journey to remind others, no matter their struggle with self-worth, weight, or mobility, that transformation is possible, and becoming your strongest self is within you.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I enjoy a wide variety of training styles, with a strong focus on weight training, HIIT, cardio, CrossFit, and hiking... Anything that challenges me and gets my heart pumping and body moving. I love compound movements that engage multiple muscle groups and build real strength. While my true love lives under the weights, I appreciate all forms of movement and never discriminate when it comes to staying active.
What would you do with $20,000?If I won $20,000, I would support charities and programs that make health and fitness accessible, including donating to the local gyms and coaches who helped me achieve my goals. I’d fund nutrition education, movement programs, and opportunities for those facing barriers, so others can experience the same life-changing transformation of body, mind, and confidence that fitness gave me.
