What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

Hello :) Fitness helped me reconnect with my body and mind during recovery. Every workout reminded me that I’m capable of change. I am very passionate about health and fitness because it teaches me consistency and self-discipline. Showing up for myself every day, even when it’s hard, its really motivating and rewarding. It also helps me improve my mindset and feeling focused and confident. I am grateful to be helping women in recovery and taking my GFI course to help other women feel the same.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I wake up early every morning and do my Pilates at home it’s my favourite part of the day. I go to the gym 5 days a week for more strengthening and cardio. I really enjoy bootcamp every Friday with a group of women in recovery. Hiking and being outdoors is also my way to destress, think and enjoy the fresh air.

What would you do with $20,000?

That would be life changing for me . I would invest in more schooling for health and fitness for my future plans to help women in recovery, and mental well-being. I want to help women rebuild their lives and learn to believe in themselves again. Having access to care, community, and stability can change everything.
