Connect What fuels your passion for health and fitness?

I have alwats enjoyed fitness and pushing my abilities to the limit. I fell in love with tennis in 7th grade and it shaped the direction of my life leading me to a full scholarship. Then my career as a health coach, where I encourage and motivate people to take charge of their health. Then recently with a major life hurdle, I found my passion for bodybuilding. Health and fitness has guided my path, given me strength and direction, and at times saved my life.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

I love strength training! I love learning how to improve my technique, trying new exercises, and eating enough calories really produces strong outcomes. It's amazing what the body can do when you put your mind to it! Bodybuilding gives me short term goals to train for and my kids get to see me have discipline and work hard for something I love.

What would you do with $20,000?

I will invest over half of the $20,000 into my children's college fund. I will use some now to support my children's current fitness goals. My daughter is a gymnast and my son is getting into calisthenics. I am a single Mother now, but I don't want that to limit my kids' dreams.
