My passion for health and fitness comes from seeing transformation beyond the physical. When people move better, they live better — with more confidence, clarity, and resilience. I’m driven by helping others build strength, habits, and self-belief that extend into every part of life. Fitness isn’t just about looking good; it’s about feeling capable, powerful, and in control of your well-being.

What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?

My favorite ways to stay healthy and fit are through intelligent strength training, high-energy cycling, athletic conditioning, and intentional mobility and recovery — paired with nourishing my body well. I believe in a well-rounded approach that builds real strength, supports longevity, and leaves me energized for life outside the gym. Fitness is about feeling capable, confident, and strong, not chasing extremes but building something that lasts.

What would you do with $20,000?

If I won, I would invest the $20,000 into expanding access to fitness through my new studio by launching youth and women’s strength programs and upgrading equipment to support safe, effective, longevity-focused training. My goal is to remove barriers to health, empower people to feel strong and confident, and help build a lifestyle where movement, resilience, and well-being last a lifetime.
