Training taught me discipline, self-trust, and resilience long before I ever led others in health or built our practice, AgeWell. It’s not about aesthetics alone; it’s about integrity with myself. When my body, mindset, and nervous system are aligned, I show up more grounded, decisive, and powerful—in life and in helping others rise.
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?Strength training is my foundation. I view muscle as a longevity organ—essential for metabolic health, resilience, and independence as we age—and it’s something I both live and promote daily in our practice, AgeWell. I love introducing friends and patients to their potential in the gym and building communities where we push each other, form real connections, and lift each other up.
What would you do with $20,000?With $20,000, I could directly impact others by expanding services and elevating the experience at AgeWell. It would allow me to reach people who feel stuck, unseen, or disconnected from their health and offer them deeper support—both new and established patients alike. This would be my way of giving back, creating more access, guidance, and belief so others feel supported, capable, and confident.
