I have always loved being active and am very competitive with myself - always looking to grow and improve in every aspect of my life. Once I began working at a local gym, I continued to learn about the importance of strength training and staying active… it quickly became a passion and now, as a mom of two, I just want others to see not only what is possible, but to inspire them to seek to improve their health, but also to become the best version of theirselves… “fall in love with the process”!
What’s your favorite way to train or stay fit?I have done everything from swimming, weightlifting, running, crossfit to “functional or “hybrid” style training. I love to mix things up so I never get bored! But have a set schedule for weight training/mobility/flexibility. (Hikes and walks carrying my two kids never hurts either 😁)
What would you do with $20,000?Put it towards our first home! We are a military family and have yet to own our own home.
